Holiday rates and/or minimum stays apply to Christmas, New Years, President’s week, Columbus Day weekend
–  MLK Holiday – Weekend rate applies and 3 day minimum stay
–  Presidents week – $3,500 for 4 days plus $750 for each additional day. $4,950 for full week.
–  Columbus Day – $2,700 for 3 day weekend (3 day minimum stay)
–  Thanksgiving week – $850 / day 4 day minimum
–  Christmas – New Years $1,050 per day. 5 day minimum

The above rates include a $100 allowance toward cleaning which should be sufficient if the house is left in good condition, however it does not include Vermont tax, which is in addition to the above rates.
We will hold verbal reservations for one week, after which we require a $500 deposit, with the balance (including a $500 security deposit, which is returned after you stay) due thirty days prior to occupancy.
We want to make sure that our house will be in great condition for our own use and that of future guests and only permit small groups who truly value and will care for a wonderful home. We require our guests to specify in writing the number of people who will be utilizing the house during the rental period.
